Information we process

• Account identity, business profile, authorized users and connected phone numbers.
• Client contact and billing details supplied by the business using Mobillify.
• Invoice, estimate, tax, payment, delivery, reminder and audit records.
• Messages sent to authorized Mobillify numbers and the structured invoice details extracted from them.
• Security, device, request and error information needed to prevent abuse and operate the service.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate accounts, generate and deliver invoices, provide client portals, reconcile provider-confirmed payments, prevent duplicates and fraud, support customers, diagnose errors and satisfy legal obligations. Mobillify does not sell personal information.

Service providers

Mobillify may send the minimum necessary information to configured infrastructure, authentication, messaging, email, AI-processing and payment providers. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Mobillify. Provider connections are used only when configured for the relevant business.

Retention and control

Financial and audit records may be retained as required for business, tax, security and legal purposes. Portal links can expire or be revoked. Businesses may request access, correction or export of their account data and may request deletion where retention is not legally required.

Security and contact
