Clear responsibilities make financial software safer.
These terms govern controlled-beta use of Mobillify’s invoicing, messaging, portal and payment-record features.
Controlled-beta access
Access may be limited to invited businesses while production workflows are validated. Features depending on Google, Twilio, email, Stripe or another provider are available only when that connection is configured and operational.
Account responsibilities
Provide accurate business, tax, client and authorized-user information.
Protect sign-in methods and promptly report suspected compromise.
Review drafts before sending and maintain legally required records.
Use messaging and reminders only with appropriate consent.
Do not use Mobillify for fraud, abuse, unlawful content or unauthorized access.
Invoices, taxes and payments
Tax calculations and suggested classifications must be reviewed by the business. Manual payments require confirmation and remain auditable. Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe; only verified provider events may update those payment records. A payment status in Mobillify does not replace bank or processor reconciliation.
Billing
Subscription billing is not active during the current controlled beta, and Mobillify does not collect subscription card details. Pricing may change before general availability; any charge will be disclosed and accepted before billing begins.
Availability and liability
Beta services may change or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Mobillify is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded, and liability is limited to direct loss attributable to the service. Businesses should retain exported records and independent financial backups.
